CONNECTED CAM / BIDIRECTIONAL G41-G42 / STATIC CONTOUR PREFLIGHT
Connected Path Programmer.
Build connected clearing paths and bidirectional rounded-wall finishing, statically inspect nominal G41/G42 corner and lead geometry, then transfer study NC to backplot, Material Twin, or File Vault.
Strategy + geometry
NC PROGRAMMERNo actual engagement optimization, entry clearance, or toolholder collision certification. G41/G42 static preflight uses declared cutter diameter, not the measured D-register or real machine behavior.
Editable-study NC output
Select a strategy and generate NC.
Geometry, controller and stock warnings
Compensation preflight · source-linked findings
Declared-radius cutter-center offset · geometric study
Generate or inspect G41/G42 to compare the declared-radius geometry.
Offset contour is a mathematical 2D study, not a controller backplot; lead transitions, real D/wear values, stock and machine collision are unresolved.
Programming workflow
Generate → open in NC editor → select XY / XZ / YZ / ISO backplot → run Material Twin → save the .nc in File Vault. Use Modal Motion Lab for unsupported-code diagnostics and CNCPlot Studio for its independent reference library.
NATIVE CNC INTERPRETER / PLANE-AWARE ARCS / LINE TRACE
Modal Motion Lab.
Interpret G17/G18/G19, R and IJK arcs, G90/G91 and G90.1/G91.1 with source-linked segments. Unknown machine coordinates and cycles are flagged and withheld rather than invented.
Ready to interpret nominal programmed coordinates.
Source-linked motion trace
Select an editor-source row to jump to that NC block; job traces do not modify the editor.
| Line | NC block | Plane | Motion | Segments | Status |

EDUCATIONAL ONLY: profiles are labels, not validated controller dialects; fixture offsets, G53/G28/G30, G41/G42 compensation, macros, tool-length offsets, canned cycles and machine kinematics are not resolved. An empty warning list does not prove a program safe for machining.
ADVANCED NC ANALYSIS / 3D TRAJECTORY / MOTION TIMELINE
3D Program Inspector.
Inspect a program or the full operation queue in a rotatable XYZ toolpath view, scrub by estimated machine-motion time, visualize stock and fixture envelopes, and export diagnostics.
Time-aware 3D toolpath
Drag to rotate the scene, scroll to zoom; the timeline uses estimated G0/G1/G2/G3 motion durations. Stock and fixtures are approximate reference boxes, not collision-checked solids.
Estimates exclude acceleration, spindle waits, tool changes, dwell, machines' actual rapid behavior, unresolved work offsets, macros, and unsupported controller cycles. Visual overlays do not guarantee any real clearance or program correctness.
FEATURE LAB / G-CODE / ANALYSIS
Program. Inspect. Iterate.
Build parametric examples, inspect G-code paths, and save study programs into your local library.

Safety & diagnostics
0 NOTICESNATIVE CNC TOOLPATH PROGRAMS
Parametric Feature Library.
Build editable, dimension-driven machining-study G-code patterns, inspect the results, and transfer supported operations into a multi-operation job.
Generated NC
STUDY ONLYVerify all stock entry, fixture and controller constraints.
Ready.
JOB PLANNING / OPERATION QUEUE / MATERIAL ENVELOPE
Plan the whole job.
Build an ordered sequence of features, combine study code, and estimate removed stock in a sampled 2.5D model.
Workpiece and setup
LOCAL JOB STATEStock top is Z0 and material occupies negative Z. The displayed XY removal map is a grid approximation; it does not prove safe entry or clearance.
Operation queue
0 / 25 OPERATIONSConfigure the current feature in Programming, then add a named snapshot here. Reorder, edit, or replace each operation without losing others.
2.5D stock-removal analysis
Job document and program exchange
JSON + NCExport a portable machining-plan JSON to reuse later, or a combined NC study file for independent review. The full job is included in the EvolveNC workspace backup and Undo/Redo history.
Not a machining validator. The model approximates cutter swept-volume footprints. It cannot verify unseen toolholders, fixtures, residual stock, cutter engagement, work offsets, machine kinematics, or controller-specific tool changes.
Ready.
SETUP ENGINEERING / FIXTURE ENVELOPES
Fixture clearance screening.
Create rectangular XY keep-out zones with physical top Z and clearance margins; screen every queued toolpath against cutter radius and zone height.
Add fixture zone (millimeters)
Saved fixture zones
Operation screening
Educational conservative sampled cutter-tip check only. No holder, shank, 3D fixturing, machine kinematics or actual collision physics. A clear report DOES NOT certify safe machining.
Ready.
MODAL NC / DRILL CYCLE INTERPRETATION
Drill Cycle Lab.
Inspect G81 drilling, G82 dwell and G83 full-retract pecking with G98/G99 return-mode handling. Input is taken from the main G-code editor; no source is overwritten until explicitly requested.
Modal cycle expansion
STUDY / NOT CONTROLLER VERIFIEDSupported: absolute positioning G90, G20/G21, G81/G82/G83, G98/G99, R/Z/Q/F parameters. G91 drilling cycles and macros are not expanded; controller dwell conventions, retract logic, return-plane behavior, and pecking variants must be independently checked. Never assume generated motion is production ready.
Ready.
LOCAL REFERENCE MANAGEMENT
Workspace vault.
Store programs, machine notes, tooling PDFs, drawings and references in this browser. Files are not uploaded to a server.
Your vault is empty. Import a local file or save a generated program.
Files use your browser's IndexedDB storage. Clearing site data or using a different browser can remove them; export a backup regularly. 5 MB per-file limit.
LOCAL TOOL REGISTER
Toolroom.
Maintain your own tool metadata and calculation inputs without inventing manufacturer-specific cutting data.
Add tool
Feed and speed worksheet
Enter values from a verified tool-specific chart; calculated RPM/IPM are not published manufacturer recommendations.

SOURCE TRACEABILITY / TOOLROOM / MACHINE PLANNING
Cutting Data Lab.
Compare exact published OSG RPM/IPM chart rows with independently calculated Harvey general cutting guidelines and transfer appropriate study values to the feature planner.
These values are references for study, not machine-ready feeds and speeds. OSG chart RPM/IPM only apply to its stated tool and cutting conditions; Harvey RPM/IPM are calculated, not published SKU settings, and clearance, radial engagement, chip thinning, setup rigidity, tooling and machine limits remain unverified.
Ready.

Project constraints
All programs and file attachments remain local to this browser. This implementation is educational and does not simulate cutter collisions, residual material, or industrial adaptive engagement, and does not interpret all controller-specific macros or cycles. Preview warnings are not comprehensive safety validation.
